Shelley and Steve Garland - The Garland Team

Shelley joined ERA Sunrise in 2003, when she left TMW Real Estate Investments/Prudential Real Estate Investments and spent seven years working exclusively with Buyers. After spending more than 25 years in the general commercial construction industry Steve joined ERA in 2006. As an integral part of the team that has been the number one sales team in Cherokee County for the last five years, they have a first-hand acquired knowledge of the current market. They feel that they can offer top notch customer service and care, as well as the ability to serve your best interests.

Steve and Shelley specialize in small acreage property, with much of the focus having been in the "dog world" including those that hunt, compete in agility and the show ring or just have a pack of pets! Our area extends throughout Cherokee, North Fulton, specifically the Milton area, eastern Forsyth and most of Cobb County.

Personally, Steve and Shelley have been married for 35 years and have two grown daughters, one of whom is married with a daughter. They enjoy their children and dogs, hiking in North Georgia and spending time on their own small farm in SE Cherokee County. They have been members of Birmingham United Methodist Church since 2006.
